We cultivate and commercially grow Périgord Black truffle and Summer (Burgundy) truffle impregnated seedlings in our own purpose-built
facility. The technology involved was developed by The New Zealand Institute for Crop & Food Research.
Trees infected with either Perigord Black or Burgundy Truffle are offered for sale in any quantity. These are one year old Beech,
Oak or Hazel whips ready for planting-out, which would make ideal & unusual gifts for the foodie or gardening enthusiast.
We can import fresh truffle in season from truffle merchants in France, Spain, Italy & Croatia and this can be mail-ordered.
Prices vary weekly according to the harvest & supply.
