The high quality livers come, via a French agent, from small farms in south-west France. They are de-veined and delicately seasoned and splashed with port, an altogether more anglophile choice than the armagnac or cognac usually used to aromatise foie gras in France.The end product is excellent; velvety unctuous and margionally firmer than others, judiciously seasoned and not too boozy!

Serving Suggestions: It will stay fresh in its wrapping for a number of days and please use your own discretion once opened. If you have frozen your order please de-frost in your fridge for 24 hours before consuming.

Storage Tips: On receipt of your order we suggest that you either refrigerate or freeze immediately.

Delivery Notes: Your order will be wrapped in silver foil then vacuum packed and placed in a cooler box, surrounded by ice packs. It will be sent via Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery service and will need to be signed for. Please allow 3/4 days lead time from placing your order.
