How to Order
To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require the item to be personalised you should enter this before clicking on the button. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.
Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button. Your basket also displays the delivery charge associated with your order.
Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.
You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via RBS WorldPay, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit or debit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days (unless otherwise indicated) - please contact us if you require urgent despatch. We will inform you once your order has been despatched.

The shopping basket automatically calculates and displays the delivery options available to you each time you add an item to it. Please select the desired option before continuing to the checkout.
Returns & Complaints
If you change your mind please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you. You are responsible for the cost of returning items and for your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
