Pieces of Truffle 50g

Of the tinned truffles, the Pieces of Truffle, the Brushed Truffle First Choice and the Brushed Truffle Extra all contain truffles of the same maturity and quality. The Extra is the most evenly shaped and the First Choice is more irregular. The Pieces of Truffle are from the very large truffles which are often hard to sell whole. However the Pieces of Truffle are highly recommended because they are near perfect.
