Foie Gras semi conserve with 10% Truffle 130g
Absolutely delicious Foie Gras de canard (duck), made in the South West of France near Cahors using a local traditional recipe. With a minimum 10% content of black winter truffle (tuber melanosporum) to give a rich foie gras with the fine taste of truffles. Serve with Melba toast accompanied by a bottle of Ste. Croix du Mont or similar sweet wine.
